By means of the present petition, the petitioner is challenging the transfer order dated 18.05.2018 whereby he has been transferred from the office of District Inspector of School, Sonbhadra to the office of DIET, Auraiya. The petitioner is working in the said office for more than six years.
The transfer is made on administrative ground on a vacant post. The petitioner is holding a transferable post. The Apex Court in the case of State of Haryana & others Vs. Kashmir Singh & another reported in 2010 (13) SCC 306 has held that the Court shall not interfere in the transfer order ordinarily unless and until the said order is challenged on the ground of malafide or violation of the statutory rules.
No such ground is made out by the petitioner. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
