Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that Section in the revision has been wrongly mentioned as 279 in placed 379.
He is allowed to make necessary correction.
Learned A.G.A for the State wants time to file objection / counter affidavit, if any.
It is submitted by revisionist that his vehicle is being ceased and he is registered owner of the vehicle and the vehicle ought to have been released in his favour by the Magistrate concerned. If the vehicle is kept in the police station that will be rotten and irreparable loss will occur to the applicant - revisionist.
In the circumstances a weeks' time is granted to the State for filing objection / counter affidavit, if any.
