Heard Sri M.M.Sahai, learned Counsel for the appellant as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State.
Learned Single Judge has passed an order of dismissal against the petitioner for transfer but has left it open to the petitioner to move a representation in the special circumstances of his case. The petitioner has so far not moved a representation stating the facts with regard to his daughter suffering from cancer and also that she is a student, who is facing final examination of Class 12 from C.B.S.E. Board.
In case, the appellant moves a representation before the authority concerned raising his grievance within 15 days from today, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within next 15 days.
The Special Appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
