Heard Shri K. Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 4.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner to decide the same in terms of the judgment and order dated 12.9.2017 passed by this court in W.P. A No. 45865 of 2013 and is claiming appointment on Class IV. In respect of his grievance the petitioner may represent before the respondent no. 3.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner prefers a representation raising all his grievances as raised in the present writ petition before the respondent no. 3-Joint Director of Education, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur within 15 days from today alongwith certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent no. 3 in accordance with law.
It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
