Leave to amend is granted.
Notice to the Respondents, returnable on 9th October, 2012.
Learned APP Ms. Archana Raval, waives service of notice for Respondent No.3-State of Gujarat and Learned Advocate Mr. I. H. Syed, states that he will serve to the SP, CBI, Ghandinagar and also Respondent No. 2 by Direct Service.
Learned Advocate Mr. I.H. Syed states applicant- accused to permit to make an application for adjournment Special Court CBI, Ahmedabad and goes it without saying that such an application shall be considered and the Special Judge CBI, Court No. 9, Ahmedabad shall postpone the proceeding till 9th September, 2012.
