JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter is adjourned to 30/11/2012. Learned advocate Mr.I.H.Syed for the applicant states that accused may be permitted to apply for adjournment before the Special Court CBI, Ahmedabad.
If such application is filed, the same shall be considered by the Special Judge CBI, Court No.9, Ahmedabad and shall postpone the proceedings till 30/11/2012.
