Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.
The instant revision is by the defendants in a suit for ejectment filed by the plaintiff/opposite party.
The suit has been dismissed yet the defendant has filed this revision assailing a finding recorded in the suit.
In my considered opinion, it is not open for the revisionist to file a revision against a finding returned in proceedings, despite the final judgement being in his favour. For this reason alone I find the revision to be not maintainable.
The revision is dismissed as not maintainable.
