1. The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days for the management of the temple and also for the audit of the accounts.
2. The jail remarks is on record. The convict is undergoing ten years imprisonment for the offence under section 20(B) and 1 of the NDPS Act by the judgment and order dated 15.12.2006 in Sessions Case No. 88/2004. The convict has undergone sentence of 8 years, 5 months and 15 days as on 6.7.2012.
3. Taking into consideration the contents of the jail remarks, this Court is not inclined to grant the temporary bail. Hence, this application is rejected.
