In view of the information received by learned advocate for the applicant that subsequently the applicant was arrested after filing of the application, prayer of anticipatory bail becomes infructuous, keeping it open for the applicant to pursue the remedy in accordance with law at the earliest.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of and Rule stands discharged.
