The petitioner's P-Forms were seized alleging that the petitioner transported ordinary earth in vehicles other than one referred in the P-Forms. Ext.P3 is the permission granted by the Geologist. The petitioner's permit to extract ordinary earth is expired on 20.10.2014. It is submitted that without surrendering the balance P-Forms they cannot renew the permit. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to handover the entire P-Forms to the Geologist within five days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Geologist thereafter shall consider the application for renewal in accordance with law within a further period of ten days.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
