The matter relates to the participation of the petitioner in the State Level Kalolsavam held in January 2014.

2. This Court, by interim order dated 21.01.2014, permitted the petitioner to participate in the programme.

3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not participate in the programme as she could not reach the place, where the competitions were held, in time.

As the matter has become infructuous, the writ petition is closed without examining the merits of the grounds raised.
