When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the appellant seeks for permission to withdraw the Writ Appeal without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the appellant to approach the District Court for appropriate reliefs, particularly, with respect to G.O.P. No.403/2012 dated 12.09.2012. Permission is granted and the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
