ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.2881/2006/TO dt:10-9- 2014 issued by the 2nd respondent directing petitioner No.1 not to cultivate the land to an extent of Acs.12-38 cents in Sy.Nos.355-1, 355- 3, 355-6 and land admeasuring Acs.15-76 cents in Sy.No.355-4 situated at Somavaram Village, Chatrai Mandal of Krishna District as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, to set aside the said proceedings and further direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners in any manner.”
After arguing the case, Sri M.M.M.Srinivas Rao, learned counsel representing Sri M.V.Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to seek clarification of order, dated 30.06.2014, in Contempt Case No.476 of 2014 in Writ Petition No.20315 of 2006.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.46968 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
