Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, the learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing.

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court is pleased to permit the petitioner to make a representation to the second respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, within a specified period and on such representation being made, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
6. In view of the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the second respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, within a period of one week from today i.e., 24.10.2009 and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten days thereafter. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation to the second respondent, along with a copy of this order.
7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
