This is a petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to have O.P. (HMA) 1639 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikkara transferred to Family Court, Kottayam.
2. Suffice to say, the marital relationship between the petitioner and the respondent ran into rough weather and litigations began. The respondent instituted O.P.(HMA) 1639 of 2013 before the Family Court, Mavelikkara. As a retaliatory measure the petitioner has instituted O.P. 195 of 2014 and M.C. No. 61 of 2014 before the Family Court, Ettumanoor.
3. The petitioner prays that in the interests of justice O.P.(HMA) 1639 of 2013 be transferred to Family Court, Ettumanoor for being heard together and dispose it off so as to avoid conflict of decisions.

4. Even though notice was served on the respondent, there was no appearance.
In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P. (HMA) 1639 of 2013 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikkara shall stand transferred to Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor.
