When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has R.MAHADEVAN, J.
KM already been completed in Crime No.182 of 2016 and further action was also dropped by the respondent police. He also submitted that the referred charge sheet was served on the petitioner on 31.12.2016.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to file appropriate protest petition before the concerned Court, if he is so advised.
