Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a direction to provide adequate and sufficient police protection for the life, o employees and the property of the petitioner against respondents 4 to 9. Petitioner was engaged in quarrying activity who claims to have been granted quarrying permit for the period from 27-3- 2012 to 26-3-203.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the period prescribed in Ext. P2 being already over, this Writ Petition W.P. (C ) No. 12694 of 2012 J 2 has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
