When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.63 of 2017 has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.79 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam and obtain the papers under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and thereafter, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh quash application.
