JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for applicants.
The grievance of the applicants is that the opposite party-contemnor has willfully and deliberately flouted the order of the Writ Court dated 02.12.2013 passed in Writ -C No. 65560 of 2013, copy of which order has been filed as annexure-10 to the affidavit accompanying this application whereby the operation of the impugned order dated 20th November, 2013 passed by the Joint Director of Eduction shall remain stayed. It is further directed that earlier appointed Prabandh Sanchalak Munne Lal shall continue as the Prabandh Sanchalak of the Institution.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that thereafter for disobedience and defiance of the aforesaid order, orders have been passed on 27.8.2014 by opposite party no. 1 recognizing the opposite party no. 3 as manager. copy of which order has been filed as annexure-11 to the affidavit accompanying this application.
Issue notice to opposite parties No. 1 to 4 returnable within four weeks. Steps be taken within a week.
The opposite party Nos. 1 to 3 may file counter affidavit within the aforesaid period. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List after the expiry of the aforesaid period.
