The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to quash the impugned letter dated 21.04.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent in C.No.IV/16/275/2009-ST0105.

3. Since this Court remitted the connected matter in W.P.No.25678 of 2017 filed by the petitioner herein, to the Original Authority, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.27093 of 2017 is closed.
