Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By order dated 14.5.2019, this Court appointed Mr. U.K. Pandey, Advocate as Arbitrator subject to his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The aforesaid proposed Arbitrator has sent his consent in terms of Section 11(8) of the Said Act vide his consent letter dated 30.5.2019.
In view of the aforesaid, Mr. U.K. Pandey, Advocate, R/o 22A/16A, T.B. Sapru Road, Vrindavan Vihar Colony, Civil Lines, Allahabad (Mob. No. 9838284082, 8787078241), is appointed as an Arbitrator to enter upon the reference, and to adjudicate the dispute in accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The Arbitrator shall be entitled to fees in accordance with amended 4th scheduled to the Act of 1996. The expenses shall borne equally by the parties.
The application is accordingly allowed.
