This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of the Case No. 1 of 2008 (State vs. Atar Singh and others), U/s 198-A (2) Z.A.L.R. Act, P.S. Sheesgarh, District Bareilly pending in the Court of Pargana Magistrate, Baheri having Case Crime No. 772 of 2007.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 19.9.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
