Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make a necessary corrections in the prayer clause of the petition during the course of the day.
Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.3 and Sri Neeraj Dube, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2.
The petitioner has preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the respondent no. 1 namely District Judge, Hapur to decide the Application No. 64 of 2019 (Atar Singh Vs. Union of India & Another) within stipulated period.
Heard counsel for the parties and perused the records.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the District Judge, Hapur to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
