Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2018 Heard Sri V.K.S.Chandel, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Sanjay Singh,learned AGA appearing for the State.
The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 20.11.2018 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 20.11.2018 is corrected as under:
The entire 2nd paragraph of the order dated 20.11.2018 is deleted and in its place following is substituted:
"The present 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 31.8.2018 passed in Case Crime No.7035 of 2017,under sections 406, 504, 506 I.P.C. by Addl.Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Meerut pending in the Court of Addl.Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Meerut."
The correction application is accordingly disposed off.
