Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Additional District Judge, Court No.1, Saharanpur to decide Execution Case No.378 of 2015 (Smt. Kiran Sharma and others Vs. Smt. Anju Goswami and others) within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that on number of occasions the case had to be adjourned on account of lawyers strike and that apart it also appears that on account of transfer application also, matter had to be adjourned.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage. It is expected that the court concerned shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
