Today, Mr.P.Manokaran, District Elementary Educational Officer, Karur District and Mrs.M.Vijayabharathi, Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Kadavoor, Karur District have appeared before this Court, pursuant to the statutory notice issued on 01.09.2017 in this Contempt Petition.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 19.09.2014 in WP(MD)No.2409 of 2012 has been complied with and he has made an endorsement to that effect. Recording that submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
