A supplementary affidavit has been filed in which it is admitted that objections (vide Misc. Case No.107 of 2015) filed under Section 47 CPC by the fourth respondent are pending.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the executing court to conclude the proceedings of Execution Case No.11 of 2008 expeditiously.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the executing court to decide the objections under Section 47 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and thereafter, proceed with Execution Case No.11 of 2008 with a sense of expedition.
