Draft amendment is granted. The same shall be carried out.
The applicant has taken out this Civil Application for seeking extension of time for carrying out assessment and issuance of assessment order. The time has already expired as it was to be done on or before 4.7.2012. The present Civil Application is filed on 2.7.2012 but it was not circulated.
The extension as sought for is granted as not opposed. Therefore, the original time to issue assessment order is hereby extended for further period of 60 days and which would end now on 4.9.2012. The application is disposed of accordingly.
