(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Counsel for the Revenue shall supply fresh address of the unserved respondent within two weeks. Upon supplying of such address, Registry to issue fresh notice to the unserved respondent making it returnable on eight weeks thereafter.
