Shashikanth, ASG for R5 – Absent; R6 served) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue direction to the effect that respondents 1 and 2 have no authority much less jurisdiction to withhold grant-in-aid payable to the petitioner association under the swadhar and short stay home schemes floated by the 5th respondent Central Government on the ground that respondents 1 and 2 have taken a decision dated 26.04.2017 vide Annexure-B to recommend the proposal of Rajalakshmi Association (Regd.) i.e., the 6th respondent herein for the purpose of the receiving the said grant of the Central Government in lieu of the petitioner association and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
