JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ritu Raj Awasthi,J.
A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Waseeq Uddin Ahmad saying that the petition suffers from multifariousness of cause of action and the reliefs claimed cannot be granted to an association of institutions. He draws attention of the Court to Paras 1 to 6 in this regard.
Sri I.B. Singh appearing on behalf of the petitioner says that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Respondents' counsel have no objection.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, as may be permissible under law.
