Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that one week time was given to file process vide order dated 27.7.2012, however, needful could not be done because of ailment of the clerk of the petitioner.

In the interest of justice, order dated 27.7.2012 is recalled, however, subject to payment of Rs.1,500/-(fifteen hundred only) as costs to be deposited in favour of High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow.

Let appropriate steps be taken to serve respondent no.1 on or before 20.9.2012.

Process would be accepted only after receipt of payment of costs is shown to the Registry.
