THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA WITH A PRAYER TO DIRECT THE 2ND RESPONDENT TO FORTHWITH HONOUR THE BILLS SUBMITTED BY THE PETITIONER INSTITUTION IN FULL, I.E., TO AN EXTENT OF RS. 71,67,250/- FOR HAVING IMPARTED MES TRAINING TO THE CANDIDATES, ETC.

O R D E R Sri Manjunatha K.M., learned counsel for Sri Krishna S. Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Smt. Prathima Honnapura, learned AGA for the respondents.
In this petition, the petitioner is seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider representation of the petitioner with regard to payment of amount for having imparted MES training to the candidates along with interest by a speaking order within a period of two months in accordance with law.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the he be granted with a liberty to make a fresh representation before the competent authority. On the other hand, learned AGA for the respondents submitted that if such a representation is made by the petitioner the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submissions made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that in case a representation is made to the competent authority, the same shall be decided by the competent authority by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such a representation. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
