Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The judgment impugned in the present appeal has already been upheld by the Division Bench of this court in Writ Appeal No.917 of 2014. Following the aforesaid judgment dated 3.9.2014, this appeal is also dismissed.

3. Following the aforesaid judgment, we further provide that the time for submitting the application and further direction shall be from today's date in regard to the present appellant.
