JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners have obtained release of the vehicle on payment of simple bond for Rs.25,000/-. If the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 or the Rules framed there under, permit any sort of adjudication proceedings and imposition of penalty, same shall be proceeded with by the authorities with notice. Reserving such liberties, the writ petition stands closed. Sd/-
