JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to count the votes polled in the election held on 19/12/2014 pursuant to Ext.P1 notice for Taluk Library Council and declare the results. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the results of the election has already been declared and no orders are required in this Writ Petition. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is closed.
