When the application is called-out and taken-up for hearing, Mr. Pahwa, learned advocate for the applicant, is not present. On his behalf, a request for pass-over is made. In view of the fact that only the first sitting is available for the matters pertaining to Company Law in view of present roster and since in the second sitting, matters pertaining to another subject have been taken up as per the present roster, pass-over not being possible, the hearing is adjourned to 23.1.2012.
