Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the order dated 12/4/2012 all the respondents have been duly served by 13/4/2012.
Today, when the matter was called out, learned AGP under the instructions submits that the person who has passed order, namely Shri Lochan Shehra is on leave and incharge officer is also on leave and therefore, the instructions could not be received so as to file reply. In view of this, short adjournment is requested, which is strongly opposed by advocate for the petitioner. The objection is over ruled. Matter is kept on 30/4/2012. No further time shall be granted. The earlier order restraining the authority not to take any coercive steps to be taken would continue till the next date.
