The matter is fully heard, however, learned AGP seeks a day's time to search case laws on the point as to whether the requirement of payment of fees of Rs.100/-, as mentioned in 54(1A) is mandatory or is a directory and the defect is curable subsequently also.

At the request of learned AGP, matter is kept on 03.05.2012.
