JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr. Jani, learned Government Pleader.
2. Learned Government Pleader has placed the communication dated 19.6.2012 on record.
3. In view of the said communication, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press the petition at this stage.
4. Learned Government Pleader has clarified that if the petitioner files the challan on or before 22.6.2012, then the application will not be treated as time barred and appropriate order in accordance with law will be passed on merits.
5. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
