By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 23.09.2001 passed by the respondent no. 2, Superintendent Engineer, Electricity Distribution Circle-I, U.P. Power Corporation Ltd, Allahabad, whereby, the charge already given to the petitioner on the post of Junior Engineer had been withdrawn.
An application for withdrawal dated 08.12.2003 supported by an affidavit of the petitioner is on record wherein permission has been sought to withdraw the petition.
The application is allowed and the writ is dismissed as having been withdrawn.
