This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made by the respondent No.3 on the public road to an extent nearly 16 feet in between the houses bearing No.16-4-518 and 16- 4-86 situated at Chanchalguda, Hyderabad and the illegal construction which was made by respondent No.3 deviating and violating the permission granted, be dismantled and consequently an interim direction be passed against the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the remaining existing construction made on the public road in between the house of the petitioner and the respondent No.3.
Counsel for the petitioner was absent on 23-07-2014 and the case is posted today. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
