It is submitted by learned advocate, Ms.K.D.Parmar for the applicant that application for furlough leave of the convict prisoner which is due is pending before the jail authority. It is also submitted that the applicant is eligible for two furlough leaves. In view of the above, jail authority is directed to decide the said application as early as possible. With this direction, this petition stands disposed of.
