JUDGMENT / ORDER

The courts below have concurrently allowed the application for temporary injunction restraining the defendant from altering the lie and nature of the disputed pathway. I do not find any error of jurisdiction in the orders impugned warranting interference in this supervisory jurisdiction.
2. I however direct the Court of the Munsiff of Attingal to dispose of O.S. No. 19/2012 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suit within a period of six months and ofcourse untrammeled by the orders impugned.
The Original Petition is dismissed subject to the above clarification.
