JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to take the Petition on file, which was filed under Section 63(E) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Charitable and Endowments Act, dated 4.5.2016 and to pass orders on the same.
2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.P.Mahendran, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.
3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
4.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the first respondent, submitted that the application filed by the Petitioner was returned for certain compliance and the same was not represented. Therefore, he submitted that unless the application is represented, after effecting compliance, question of taking such application on file, does not arise.
5.In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of, only with liberty to the Petitioner to represent the application after effecting necessary compliance before the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such application is filed, it is for the first respondent to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law also after giving due opportunity to the other interested parties, if any.
6.With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
