When the writ petition came up for hearing today, Sri.Mohammad Salahudhin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Plantation Corporation of Kerala has appointed the petitioner as Pump Operator pursuant to the inclusion of his name in Ext.P3 ranked list. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in such circumstances no orders are called for in this writ petition.
