JUDGMENT / ORDER

Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, J.
Notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with preserving his right to seek re-hearing of the matter, if he is aggrieved by the directions contained herein. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
2. The petitioner has complaints about the fourth respondent. There are provisions in the Kerala Police Act which enable the superior officer to look into such complaints. Hence, if a complaint is filed before the appropriate authority in terms of the provisions, that authority will look into the matter in accordance with law. If the complaint is to be filed before the WPC 27799/14 2 third respondent, such respondent will take appropriate steps on receipt of such complaint. This writ petition is ordered directing so, without entering into the merits of the disputes between the parties.
