JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer for transfer put in by the petitioner wife is not seriously opposed by the respondent wife.
2. Hence OP(G&W) No. 1394/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Kollam is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Attingal. The transferee court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end.
The Transfer Petition is disposed of.
