These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for the records and proceedings in so far as it related to the present case of the petitioner. Quash the writ of certiorari or any other writ or order or direction to quash the appointment of R3 as president for the committee of management issued by R3 dated 20.2.2016 may be quashed as per Annex-P and etc.
These Writ Petitions coming on for preliminary hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioners.
Sri.Syed Suhail Ali, learned counsel for the respondent No.1.
Sri.M.H.Haneef, learned counsel for respondent No.3.
2. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek quashment of appointment of respondent No.3 as President for the Committee of management vide order dated 20.02.2016.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the aforesaid period of three years shall come to an end on 20.02.2019 as the period of three years would be completed.
4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
