Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Case No. 6 of 2017, under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it does not appear that the matter is being adjourned unnecessarily and, in fact, from the order dated 05.04.2018, it appears that the Court had already given last opportunity to the other side to file its reply.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued.
It is expected that the court shall proceed with the matter, in accordance with law.
